Our Congregational Care Ministry support:
1. Hospital/Home Visits
2. Stephen Ministry
3. SonShiners
4. Small Groups
5. Good Samaritans
6. Prayer Chain
7. Communion for shut-ins
The Stephen Series is designed to train lay people, call Stephen Ministers, in one to one caregiving that focuses on unique needs of the person receiving care, and aims to promote wholeness and healing.
Sonshiners reach out with Christian fellowship to those who do not have various activities outside their home. Motivated by Christ’s and empowered by His Spirit, they are eager to share God’s love with others.
Small Groups are offered to the ladies, men and coed. The ladies and men groups are Bible study groups. The coed groups are care groups with short Bible studies. Their main goal is to become a small family and look out for each other.
Good Samaritans are a group of men and women who have volunteered to help any member with the “honey-do” items around the house.
The Congregational Care Ministry is a great opportunity to serve the Lord and your congregation. You are welcome to join us!
